Project Overview
Al Thumama Stadium, inspired by the traditional Gahfiya, combines symbolic architecture with sustainable design solutions. Built for the FIFA World Cup 2022, the stadium was planned with a legacy phase to reduce capacity and transform upper tiers into a hotel and sports clinic, ensuring long-term community use beyond the tournament.

Project Overview
Originally a 30-year-old residential complex in Seoul, the Daechi project underwent a major renovation and redevelopment to meet contemporary living standards. The design expanded the total number of units from 112 to 144 by reconfiguring layouts, relocating staircases and lifts, and adding new blocks. Bedrooms were strategically repositioned to the south side for better daylighting.The redevelopment project included façade renovation, unit enlargement, landscape upgrades, and the integration of cost-efficient design strategies. The 24 new units were created to cover the renovation expenses.

Project Overview
The Gosford project involved the design of three interconnected residential buildings, each with independent entrances, access to backyard gardens, and rooftop terraces. The development provides a variety of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments designed with cost-efficient materials and furniture selections based on client-specified suppliers.To ensure both affordability and design quality, Esparlous proposed modular planning strategies, feasibility study calculations, and comparative redesign options. This approach reduced unit variety while maintaining aesthetics and functional layouts, making construction and furnishing more economical.
